工业内窥镜检测时是怎样判定物体内部缺陷的呢?

(1)裂纹。当光束照射被检测物表面,观察到黑色或者亮色线条,且在一定的放大倍数下,线条有不规则边缘时,判定为裂纹。当裂纹较宽时,可测量探头的测量影响线会发生弯折。

(3)拉线和划痕。在光束照射下,观察到表面存在较规则的连续长线,判定为拉线。
