钳子管漏水:多数是由于活检钳等附件,使用不当造成活检管道破损,在视野不模糊时,C 级修理

导管束断:使用例数多,弯曲管不良造成, C+ 导光束级修理

钢丝前端断:使用粒数多造成, C 级修理

弯曲角度不足:钢丝使用一定时间后钢丝变长, D 级修理,拆开后剪短相应方向的钢丝即可,但需判别弯曲管是否良好
