预防方法：①务必将内镜先端放松状态，以免在弯曲部插入时受阻，强行通过后会造成钳子管道受损；②等到附件伸出钳子管道口以后再释放针头；③闭合活检钳后插拔；④使用没有问题的活检钳。钳子管道有针孔无法从外观上发现需进行漏水测试，若测漏过程中钳子管道插入口及钳子管道出入口连续冒气泡，说明钳子管道有针孔，勿继续使用，以免造成更严重的损伤。
