a:在内镜进行清洗、前,需要进行常规测漏检测。测漏是早期发现内镜问题的办法,测漏不一定100%可以查出问题,但不做无法预防小问题衍生为大麻烦而送修,甚报废。

b:测漏方法:取下各类按钮和阀门,连接好测漏装置,并注入压力;将内镜全部浸没于水中,使用注射器向各个管道注水以排出管道内气体;观察镜体各部位有无气泡冒出,再观察插入部、操作部、连接部等部分,如发现渗漏,应及时保修送检。

7. Drying: Endoscopic tube drying is usually performed by injecting 75% to 95% ethanol or isopropanol into the tube for drying. Adjustable pressure filtered air can also be used to dry the endoscopic tube. Wipe and dry the outer surface with a clean low fiber wadding cloth, with sufficient drying time of at least 10 minutes.
8、环境终末处理:应保持通风良好。环境应采用机械通风,宜采取"上送下排"方式,换气次数宜10次/h,小新风量宜达到2次/h。物表用500mg/L—1000mg/L的含氯液进行擦拭或喷洒30分钟后,应及时用清水擦洗干净,不耐腐蚀的物体表面用75%乙醇进行擦拭。
8. Environmental final treatment: Good ventilation should be maintained. The environment should adopt mechanical ventilation, preferably using the "up supply and down exhaust" method, with a ventilation rate of 10 times/h and a small fresh air volume of 2 times/h.
