1、模糊不清:这是较为常见的问题,可能是由于镜头脏污、损坏,或者内部成像元件出现故障。比如,在使用过程中,若不小心让内窥镜接触到油污等污染物,就会导致镜头模糊,影响观察效果;而如果是成像芯片老化或损坏,也会使图像整体变得模糊,无法清晰显示被检测物体的细节。

For example, during use, if the endoscope accidentally comes into contact with pollutants such as oil stains, it can cause the lens to blur and affect the observation effect; If the imaging chip ages or is damaged, it will also make the overall image blurry, making it difficult to clearly display the details of the detected object.
2、有黑斑或暗区:出现这种情况可能是镜头有遮挡物,如灰尘、异物等,或者是传感器部分像素点损坏。当灰尘进入内窥镜内部并附着在镜头上时,会在图像中形成黑斑;若传感器的某些像素点因过热、过电压等原因损坏,也会导致相应区域出现暗区,影响图像的完整性。

For example, long-term and frequent use may lead to fatigue fracture of the steel wire, causing the insertion tube to lose its flexibility; During storage or transportation, if the endoscope is impacted by external forces, it can also damage the structure of the insertion tube, affecting its bending performance.
按钮或旋钮失灵:这可能是由于按钮或旋钮的内部电路故障、接触不良,或者是机械结构损坏。例如,频繁按压按钮可能导致内部的微动开关损坏;而旋钮的转轴如果磨损,会使旋钮无法正常转动,从而无法实现对焦、变焦等功能。

5、光源系统异常

亮度不足:可能是灯泡老化、损坏,或者是电源供应问题。灯泡在长时间使用后,其发光效率会逐渐降低,导致亮度不足;另外,如果电源适配器故障,无法提供稳定的电压和电流,也会影响光源的亮度。

After prolonged use, the luminous efficiency of light bulbs will gradually decrease, resulting in insufficient brightness; In addition, if the power adapter malfunctions and cannot provide stable voltage and current, it will also affect the brightness of the light source.
