配备的监视器为 LED 显示器，低功耗、低发热量、亮度高及寿命长更能满足临床的应用。注意选择显示通道，可调节亮度、对比度、色饱和度等，菜单中 Auto Source Select 调 off，可缩短开机信号搜索时间，色温、色彩、亮度、放大等调节菜单，一般不需要调整。

为了延长摄像头的寿命，建议使用无菌套;非高温高压的摄像头不要高温高压;摄像插头表面和主机插座内连接前要先处理干净干燥;摄像头盘绕存放，直径大于15 cm 以上，否则可能损坏内部导线。

冷光源

（1）氙灯开关的时间间隔要在20~30 min，频繁开关会缩短氙灯的寿命。

（2）由于摄像主机是可以自动调光的，因此，在满足手术视野亮度的情况下，尽量把光源的亮度调节旋钮调低，这样可以避免光纤过热进而导致烧坏光纤和镜子等。不要过度弯曲光纤，应盘成大圆圈存放。

常见故障分析及预防措施

监视器无图像显示

故障原因:视频接线错或断裂，显示器电源未开，监视器通道选择错误等。

Cause of malfunction: Video wiring error or breakage, monitor power not turned on, monitor channel selection error, etc.

预防措施:建议术前检查监视器电源线、视频连接线是否接好，打开监视器后选择有信号的通道。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to check the power and video connection lines of the monitor before surgery, and select a channel with signal after turning on the monitor.

视野模糊、图像中有尘粒或起雾

Blurred field of view, presence of dust particles or fog in the image

故障原因:摄像头焦距未调好;摄像头镜面有脏污;镜头密封性不良或损坏漏水;光纤老化;光源亮度不够;术中烟雾较多等。

Cause of malfunction: The camera focus is not adjusted properly; The camera mirror is dirty; Poor sealing of the lens or damage to water leakage; Fiber optic aging; Insufficient brightness of the light source; Excessive smoke during surgery.

预防措施:建议术前用无菌温水浸泡或擦聚维酮碘，不要频繁更换方法。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to soak or wipe povidone iodine with sterile warm water before surgery, and do not frequently change the disinfection and sterilization methods.

成像不清楚，有雪花、条纹或局部无图像

Unclear imaging with snowflakes, stripes, or localized absence of images

故障原因:存在高频干扰;摄像头连接线损坏;摄像主机插口接触不良;监视器故障;镜头内部柱状镜头破碎等。

Cause of malfunction: There is high-frequency interference; Damaged camera connection cable; Poor contact of the camera host socket; Monitor malfunction; The internal cylindrical lens of the lens is broken, etc.

预防措施:建议摄像头使用无菌套，避免摄像头连接线与超刀、电刀连接线缠绕在一起;镜头需单独存放，避免与其他器械碰撞，轻拿轻放，不能使用超声波清洗镜头。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to use sterile covers for the camera to avoid entanglement of the camera connection wire with the ultra knife and electric knife connection wires; The lens needs to be stored separately to avoid collision with other equipment. 色彩偏差，图像显示偏暗

故障原因:白平衡未调节;摄像头连接线损坏;监视器色彩饱和度数据错误;镜子导光性能差或光源、光纤损坏;光纤与镜头连接处受污未及时清理干净等。

Cause of malfunction: White balance not adjusted; Damaged camera connection cable; Monitor color saturation data error; Poor light guiding performance of mirrors or damage to light sources and optical fibers; The connection between the optical fiber and the lens is contaminated and not cleaned up in a timely manner.

预防措施:建议接入摄像头后调节白平衡，调整色饱和度，保证摄像头与摄像主机连接处保持清洁。镜头清洗保养时，导光束接头处需要拆卸清洗;注意调整光源亮度。

镜身变形，无法成像

故障原因:受外力弯折或空中掉落所致。

预防措施:建议术中调整视野角度时保护好镜子本身，不宜使蛮力操作;与镜子接触人员需轻拿轻放，小心保管。
