①密封性:内窥镜的密封性关系到成像质量,如密封不好就容易渗水,破坏光学系统,影响观察。通水阀镜鞘与膀胱镜的锥体配合处应密合,在1min内渗水应不超过5滴,否则配合不好容易漏水影响手术。

主要是电子内窥镜,相关电气隔离部位的绝缘结构,如与CCD摄像头相配接的目镜罩、冷光源接口、导光索等相关附件的绝缘性能。

内窥镜测漏流程

1、内镜盖好防水帽挂于主机上;
1. Cover the endoscope with a waterproof cap and hang it on the host;
2、打开光源开关;

3、将测漏器插入主机;
3. Insert the leak detector into the host;
4、检查测漏器压力;
4. Check the pressure of the leak detector;
5、测漏器与镜子相连接;

6、充气3秒钟看镜子前头是否漏气;

7、将镜子完全放入水中;

8、使各旋钮均处于放松状态并旋转大小旋钮,检查有无漏气(约30秒);

9、将镜子取出擦干;

二、清理先端头
2、 Clean the leading end
1.用抬钳座夹住先端头,盖玻璃面朝上,将1mm直径的钢棒对着钳子管出口位金属接头,用小锤敲击,直到把金属接头连着部分钳子管往下脱出,接着用小号一字批将残余在钳子管安装孔里的AB胶清理干净;
1. Use the pliers holder to clamp the front end, with the glass cover facing upwards. Place a 1mm diameter steel rod towards the metal joint at the outlet of the pliers tube, and tap it with a small hammer until the metal joint is partially detached from the pliers tube. Then, use a small batch to clean the remaining AB glue in the installation hole of the pliers tube;
2.将合适的钢棒插进空心的像束金属部,用斜口钳夹住露出先端头外的金属部,把金属头完全夹取出来。
2. Insert a suitable steel rod into the hollow bundle of metal parts, clamp the metal part exposed outside the tip with diagonal pliers, and completely remove the metal head.
3.用磨尖的小号批,在放大镜下清理像束安装孔壁的AB胶,(小心不能碰到物镜,以免刮花物镜)直到干净后把物镜倒出来,(有时需要用力敲击先端头才能倒出来)然后一手用镊子夹住物镜,一手用镊子夹镜头纸,沾酒精把贴在物镜上的光学胶拭擦掉,直镜片干净无尘。
3. Use a sharpened small batch to clean the AB adhesive on the wall of the image beam installation hole under a magnifying glass (be careful not to touch the objective lens to avoid scratching the objective lens) until it is clean. Then, pour out the objective lens (sometimes requiring strong tapping on the front end to pour it out), and use tweezers to clamp the objective lens with one hand, and use tweezers to clamp lens paper with the other hand. Wipe off the optical adhesive attached to the objective lens with alcohol until the lens is clean and dust-free.
4.用合适转头的手动转把光束安装孔里的光纤清理出来,当转到接近底的时候放慢以免磨花光束盖玻璃。
4. Use a suitable manual rotation head to clean the optical fibers from the installation hole of the beam. When the rotation is close to the bottom, slow down to avoid grinding the glass of the beam cover.
5.用镜头纸沾酒精清理像束及光束安装孔。
